We are in this together. During the kick-off meeting you will meet our full franchise team. You'll learn about the road towards opening and our extensive post-opening support.

Design and build

5 month duration

A dedicated designer and project manager will manage to build the site according to the concept's standards and specifications for design, decortion, layout, equipment, furniture, fixtures and signs.

Setup your outlet

2 month duration

After the training academy in one of our locations, it is time to setup your own outlet.
We provide you with support and starter kits for each aspect of running a successful restaurant to prepare for a smooth hiring, training and launch of your adventure.

Communication

1 month duration

Our marketing team will advice you on all communication strategies to promote the opening of your business. Even if you are not open yet, our team will assist you to create maximum excitement for future customers.

On-site training

2 weeks

Our team will be there to assist and guide you for the expected opening. We created training programs for all departments, both FOH and BOH. Well-trained staff is key for a successful restaurant and in the end to satisfy your guests.

Grand opening

A grand opening celebration will help to promote your business within the community. This will greatly influence the initial acceptance of your business, so a proper preparation is crucial. Our team will assist you with creating an evening timeline, including successful marketing and promotion ideas from previous openings.

Post opening support

The success of our concepts depends upon a consistent high level of quality and service from each franchised location, therefor our support doesn't stop when you open your doors. Our team will be assisting you in operations for at least 2 weeks during the much anticipated opening.
